How do I return a package?

Very Ghanaian will exchange or issue credit for fully items returned in original condition within 7 business days of receipt.

Please note that your package should have a return address printed on it. You can mail it back to that address. 

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I get a refund?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless item is faulty.

What if my package never arrives?

This is a rarity, however, should this happen, you should reach out to us by email(hello@veryghanaian.com) with your order information. If your package cannot be traced, we can attempt re-delivery.

How long does fulfillment/shipping take?

Depending on the shipping option chosen, fulfillment and delivery could take anywhere between 4 to 12 business days.
